Job Description

Support the servers, networks, workstations and application software. Administer operating systems and users computing environment; user accounts, logon scripts, server based storage, file security and email accounts. Provides LAN/WAN network support. Provides technical support for software applications including installation, testing, maintenance and troubleshooting. Serve as a liaison between software vendors. Install and assist in maintaining all relational databases used within the various networks. Ensure data and network security. Analyze and evaluate computer network needs of clinical and financial areas. Install, test, and maintain network infrastructure equipment. Document network equipment and projects to enhance functionality and compliance.


Demonstrates Competency in the Following Areas:

Education/Regulatory Requirements:

Associates degree in IS required.

Bachelors degree preferred.

Experience in Microsoft Windows networking and SQL database.


Basic desktop computer hardware and software knowledge.

Design & Implementation of computer networks/databases.
