Job Description

Masters Degree preferred, Bachelors Degree in health or business related field required. Currently certified as Certified Tumor Registrar; required. Minimum of 5 years experience in the area of accrediting agency standards compliance, survey process and performance improvement; highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to work well with physicians and other NMMC personnel. Must have the ability to direct and manage a multi-functional team with various professional and support facet; required. Excellent visual and oral presentation skills; required. Working knowledge of accrediting agency standards and the accreditation process; required. Excellent interpersonal skills. (A005)
