Job Description

Position to work in Risk Management/Safety area. Minimum of three years experience in secretarial, clerical, and office procedures preferred. HS diploma/GED with appropriate business and typing courses. Must be highly computer literate and have a strong working knowledge of coordinating meetings, composing letters/memos, filing and inputting data. Requires a high degree of interpersonal and organizational skills and able to work independently. Responsible for reporting of MMSEA inforamtion for CMS.
Provides standard and advanced secretarial and clerical services for the Risk and Safety Manager. Greets visitors, maintains department files, schedules meetings and assists department heads with designated administrative duties.
