Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
To perform various clerical duties, which may include but not limited to answering phones, filing, maintenance of medical records, delivery of messages within clinic, and greeting patients.. To resolve the concerns/complaints with patients/families for any issues in the clinic setting and to communicate appropriately when resolution cannot be attained. To maintain confidentiality of all patient related information. Maintain a calm, professional demeanor at all times in clinic. Perform all other duties as assigned.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or equivalent..
Experience: Prefer experience in clinic setting.
License/Certification/Registries:N/A
Skills:Type 45 wpm. Must be able to operate various office equipment such as PC, multi-line phone system, copier, facsimile, and printer. Must have good phone and public relations skills.
