Seeking a seasoned Senior Living Sales Professional to join our Team. The primary job function is to market and close contracts for St. Catherines Village Retirement Community. Applicant must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with a solid background in relationship building. Experience in marketing to senior adults is required. Job requires computer proficiency and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Conduct Village-wide tours with prospects and family members and maintain appropriate follow up to close contracts. Undergraduate degree is required, emphasis in Marketing or Public Relations is preferred. Typical schedule is Monday - Friday, but must be flexible to accommodate evening, weekend and holiday appointments.
